The small textured Phoebe hoop is Page's version of the classic wardrobe staple.
The unique texture comes from vintage wooden printing blocks and we add a beautiful satin-like brushed finish on the surface. The hoops measure .5" inches from top to bottom. The open style and light weight make it a versatile new classic that you can wear day to night.
